Scripting import from Lightroom

I’ve been using the Automator folder action, and there are a few quirks I’ve found—if you have a support forum, I can post these there instead.
- I am exporting PNG images using the Small preset (2,048 pixels on the long edge).
- Exporting one image at a time works fine.
- When I export two images at a time, only one shows up in Composer.
- If drag one image to the watched folder, wait, then drag a second, the first image is replaced by the second rather than both being added to the post.
- If I drag two images to watch folder simultaneously, both are added to the post as desired.
- One time, what appeared to be a blank or possibly flat grey image was added to the post. I’ve only seen this once and don’t know what triggered it.
One related issue is that when I try to enable the sharing extension in Setting by category, Statuz isn’t listed. If I look by name, I can choose Statuz and enable the sharing extension, but the Statuz app settings still show the sharing extension as disabled.
Update: I got the empty image again and tried posting it. Composer went through the upload and posting process but didn’t actually post a message. It allowed me to remove the media when I right clicked on it.

Brief update: based on an example I found online, I placed a wait step in my Automator action to allow time for files to finish exporting from LIghtroom. However, the script still grabbed only the files present in the watched folder when the folder action was triggered. Still working out the specifics, but I moved the wait to the very first step, then reenabled the "get from folder" step I'd added for testing after that. Now, when files are added to the folder and trigger the Automator action, the script waits ten seconds, then gets the files a second time, hopefully capturing the whole export—ten seconds may not be long enough.
I've been testing this with the Photos app, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Planning to test more and report back.

the media size shouldn't matter, could you share your exact workflow with a video + the script you're using? for example here I'm attaching a 33mb video + a 900k photo, using the script from docs.

Does this happen while the Statuz is fully closed, when Statuz is in the background (menubar icon), or both?

This is pretty weird given Statuz should stack media instead of replacing, probably something related to your script or some outdated Statuz version. can you confirm by clicking the context menu > check for updates?

regarding the Statuz extension settings, we'll look into that 👍
I think artificial delays are the main culprit here. Could you try removing all of them to see what happens?

The forum software was trying to embed the video from the Dropbox link, so I compressed it as a zip file. If you download that, you should be able to extract the video.
I've uploaded a lower resolution copy below.

I tried exporting one image, waiting until it imported into Statuz, then exporting the second. Both imported fine, but the second overwrote the first.
I'm wondering if something in my computer configuration may be bunging up the import—I have a few ideas:
- The folder I am exporting to is on desktop, which syncs to iCloud, although I have it set to keep files downloaded.
- I haven't purchased a license yet for Statuz, so I'm in the free model.
- The wonkiness in the share extension makes me wonder if that is somehow related.
Just checked above, and the forum software still seems to be choking on my video, not sure why. I can try recording a smaller portion of the screen.

ok now I got the full picture. when media is exported from the cloud, there's a delay since they need to be downloaded first, I think you might have mentioned this before. I wasn't getting the cloud part.
that said, we've just fixed an issue in the app and improved the lightroom script so it can be more resilient in this use case.
