Draft vs Queued Status
Control automatic publishing with draft and queued status options
Draft status saves posts on calendar without auto-publishing. Queued status enables automatic background publishing. Toggle between states to control.
How to Use
- 1Open scheduler with post ready
- 2See "Save as draft" checkbox
- 3Read explanation: "Drafts won't auto-publish"
- 4Check "Save as draft"
- 5Schedule the post
- 6See post on calendar in amber/yellow (draft color)
- 7Watch scheduled time pass without publish
- 8Edit the draft post
- 9Uncheck "Save as draft" - converts to queued
- 10See post color change to blue (queued)
- 11Read: "Will publish automatically"
- 12Watch background publishing pick up queued post
- 13Post publishes automatically at scheduled time
